The SMT workshop has 5 production lines: 1 Panasonic NPM (D3+D3+TT2) double-track high-speed line, 1 Panasonic NPM (W2+W2) wide-track high-speed line, 1 JUKI (2050+2060) medium-speed line, and 1 JUKI (2050) sample line.
The equipment can mount 008004 precision components. A Panasonic NPM D3+D3+TT2 dual-track line can mount two large-volume complex products at the same time. A Panasonic NPM W2+W2 line can mount complex products with a width of up to 510MM. A JUKI 2050+2060 line can mount simple products with a certain number. A JUKI 2050 single-machine line can mount straightforward products in tiny quantities. Different line configurations can meet the needs of various products. Specialized plug-in, post-welding workshops, spraying, testing, assembly, and aging workshops provide customers with supporting services.
PCBA SOLUTION SERVICE PROVIDER
Across the entire manufacturing facility, all production lines benefit from state-of-the-art technological advancements, ensuring consistent quality and efficient throughput. This applies to all production lines with a single, specific exclusion: the sample line. Every other line is comprehensively outfitted with a suite of sophisticated equipment designed to optimize the soldering process. Following this crucial step, each line boasts Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of the solder paste application. Furthermore, these lines are equipped with advanced 10-zone reflow ovens, responsible for melting the solder and creating robust electrical connections. These ovens consist of both Nitto double track ovens, allowing for increased throughput, and Jintuo single track ovens, providing flexibility in production. Finally, each line features Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) capabilities, which meticulously inspect the completed boards for defects, ensuring the highest level of product reliability.
