A dual in-line package (DIP) is an electronic component package, generally constructed of plastic or ceramic, characterized by two parallel rows of connection pins extending perpendicularly from its body. The electronics workshop has three plug-in assembly lines and four post-soldering processing lines, maintained with segregated and environmentally controlled lead-free and lead-containing capabilities. Stringent quality control measures are implemented throughout manufacturing, testing, and shipment for both component types.
All the processes of the company are automated and controllable as much as possible, with X-RAY counting machines for counting the number of components, first-piece machines for first-piece inspection, SPI online full inspection of solder paste printing thickness, German imported X-RAY inspection of BGA welding effect, AOI full inspection of SMT and plug-in components, and Anda fully automatic spray drying line to achieve UV triple-proof treatment for products.

Each line in the electronics workshop is equipped with a Jintuo MPS-350Ⅱ large wave soldering machine and Heli 520AOI (optical inspection instrument)
The assembly workshop has one UV conformal coating line, which uses Anda equipment: a selective coating machine, a UV inspection table, and a UV curing oven.
It is equipped with two non-powered skateboard + bull's eye table reciprocating assembly lines and a high-power aging test rack to meet the assembly needs of various finished products.
