MANAGEMENT FEATURES
In order to improve customer service satisfaction, the company introduced an ERP system in 2010 and independently developed a series of application management programs that are compatible with the company's business processes. Currently, the system runs stably, taking enterprise management to a new level.
The system realizes the entire business process management of enterprises from production planning to raw material procurement, from job planning to workshop material requisition production, from finished product acceptance and warehousing to sales and terminal sales through 12 functional modules. It integrates various links of the production process and sales process, providing enterprises with an intensive management solution that integrates logistics, information flow, and capital flow.

MANAGEMENT FEATURES
On the basis of years of ERP system application, in order to further promote enterprise informatization construction, the company has introduced MES system for manufacturing management in 2021 to achieve full integration of enterprise information through continuous information flow, create efficient and transparent visual manufacturing process, real-time grasp and monitoring of material and production WIP dynamic change data, and achieve error prevention in the production process and traceability of product production information.

The MES system, integrated with the smart electronic shelf lighting system, manages material storage and distribution. It guides picking operations based on the product BOM (Bill of Materials), achieving intelligent material management.
The company has fully adopted frameless stencils for solder paste printing. Compared to traditional stencils, frameless stencils maintain consistent tension and utilize a polishing process, resulting in smoother inner walls of the stencil apertures. This significantly improves printing quality and increases the number of printing cycles. Stencils are stored in QR code-labeled cabinets, and the MES system is used for stencil storage management and issuance, ensuring efficient and traceable stencil handling.

MANAGEMENT FEATURES
Comprehensively implementing the Kapal Intelligent Anti-Static Monitoring System, starting from the electrostatic testing gate at the entrance of the workshop, the system covers all workstations, equipment, workbenches, and shelves with abnormal electrostatic monitoring and audible-visual alarms. Ionizing fans neutralize static electricity generated in production areas and autonomously monitor for abnormalities. All monitoring data is simultaneously uploaded to the system server and displayed on a dynamic monitoring electronic board, facilitating efficient management.
